What is NEM:Recall?

‘NEM:Recall’ is a mobile game that combines the art of visual novel style storytelling brought to life with Live2D, turn-based card gameplay, gacha, and an interactive chat feature. Set in the near future, it follows 4 main characters who discover NEMspace, a hidden dream network wherein you can shape your dreams into whatever you imagine them to be. 

Is the game free-to-play?

Yes, NEM:Recall is free to download and play, with optional in-app purchases.

Do I need an internet connection to play?

Yes, an internet connection is required to play.

How do I save my progress?

Your progress is saved automatically on your device. Please note that if you delete the app or switch to a new device, your progress may be lost. We are currently working on an account-based save system, which will allow you to back up and restore your progress in the future. Stay tuned!

Can I play on multiple devices?

Not yet. Progress is currently stored on your device and cannot be shared across devices.
Cross-device sync will be supported in a future update.

The game is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try the following:
1. Restart the app
2. Restart your device
3. Update the game to the latest version
4. Check your internet connection

Upon Release

What languages does NEM:Recall support upon release?

For gameplay, tutorials, and settings, English will be available. 
A Japanese voiceover will be released in a future update.

Can I download NEM:Recall in-advance? If so, how can I do it?

Dreamers may pre-order NEM:Recall on the App Store and Google Play Store.

Upon official release, the NEM:Recall app will automatically download to your device. 

What accounts can I use to register?

At this time, account registration is not available.
Game progress is automatically associated with a system-generated user ID on your device.

If you uninstall the app or change devices, this data may be lost.
Cross-device account binding will be supported in a future update.

I played the beta version of NEM:Recall. Will my data from the beta version be carried over to release?

Thank you for participating in the beta test and being an early dreamer. Unfortunately, data and progress made in the beta version of NEM:Recall will NOT be carried over to release. We thank you for your understanding.
